Kilin Hotel, Jiaoxi

The location is fantastic-right in the heart of town, making it super easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and the train station. The onsen on the top floor was a real treat, offering amazing views. Plus, I enjoyed the swimming pool and multiple jacuzzis, which were perfect for relaxing after a busy day!

The hotel did have its downsides. The breakfast wasn’t worth the extra cost; definitely not what you'd expect for the price. I noticed that the rooms could use a thorough cleaning, and some of the common areas looked dated. The staff was mostly friendly, but I did encounter a couple of impolite interactions that could use improvement.

Spent New Year's here and it was a hot day, luckily the pool was refreshing and fun. The workers were friendly and even gave us towels and helped us with anything we needed. , the rooftop hot springs provided a great view of the city.

Sadly, the afternoon tea and breakfast were poor. The food ran out and was not replenished, which was really disappointing.

Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff at the swimming pool, and the amazing view at the rooftop hot springs. the hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. The location was also convenient for transportation, with easily accessible parking.
